Death toll rises to 36 in Egyptian train crash

Latest: The death toll from a train collision just east of the Egyptian coastal city of Alexandria has been raised to 36 by the country's Health Ministry.

Update 5pm: The death toll from a train collision just east of the Egyptian coastal city of Alexandria has been raised to 36 by the country's Health Ministry.

Ministry spokesman Khaled Megahed told state television that more than a 100 people were also injured in the collision.
