Latest: Gardaí investigating background of London Bridge attacker make second arrest

• Three London attackers named as, Youssef Zaghba, Khuram Shazad Butt and Rachid Redouane
• Rachid Redouane, aka Rachid Elkhdar, carried an Irish-issued ID card. He married a British woman in Dublin in 2012 and lived in Rathmines
• Canadian woman Christine Archibald, 30, and James Mcmullan, 32, are the only two victims to be named so far

Update 8.58pm: Gardaí investigating the background of London Bridge attacker Rahid Redouane have said that they have made a second arrest.
