Neighbour jailed for bid to frame woman for hassassment with fake letters

A man who tried to frame a neighbour for harassment has been jailed for 15 months in England.

Mark Webb, 42, wrote four letters to himself purporting to be from Frances Avis to give credibility to the allegations he had made against her.
