Man planned 'suicide by cop' after shooting rampage in US left eight dead

The shootings took place at three homes on Saturday night.

A man who apparently got into a dispute with his wife and in-laws was arrested after a house-to-house shooting rampage in Mississippi that left eight people dead, including a sheriff's deputy.

"I ain't fit to live, not after what I done," a handcuffed Willie Corey Godbolt, 35, told The Clarion-Ledger newspaper after his arrest.
