Nicola Sturgeon 'fairly certain' of second independence referendum

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said she is "fairly certain" there will be a second referendum on Scottish independence - but she does not think Britons will get another chance to vote on remaining in the European Union.

She made the comments in a speech in America where she argued independence is the best way for Scotland to make a positive contribution to the world.
