E-cigarette restrictions come into effect in Scotland

Restrictions on e-cigarettes including a ban on sales to under-18s have come into effect in Scotland.

The rules make it illegal for under-18s to buy tobacco and nicotine vapour products, known as NVPs or e-cigarettes.
