Donald Trump praises Secret Service after intruder arrested at the White House

Donald Trump praised the US Secret Service for doing a "fantastic job" in apprehending a "troubled person" who climbed a fence at the White House while the president was inside the executive mansion.

It was the first known security breach at the White House since Mr Trump took office nearly two months ago.
