Thousands celebrate ousting of South Korean President Park Geun-hye

Tens of thousands of South Koreans took to the streets of central Seoul today to celebrate the ousting of President Park Geun-hye.

They carried flags and candles and cheered jubilantly, a day after the Constitutional Court removed her from office over a corruption scandal which had consumed the nation for months.
