Former President of Mexico has tweeted that his country will NOT pay for 'the Wall'

Update 10am: The former President of Mexico has taken to Twitter to warn America that his country won't pay for the Wall.

Vicente Fox says he's already told the White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer and now he'll tell Donald Trump - 'Mexico is not going to pay for that F-ing wall'.
