Donald Trump offers Olive Branch to Russia despite election meddling claims

Donald Trump vowed to improve relations with Russia despite claims of Kremlin intervention in the presidential election.

Mr Trump declared in a series of tweets "only 'stupid' people or fools" would come to a different conclusion.
