Transgender inmate found dead at all-male prison in UK

An investigation has been launched after a transgender inmate was found dead in her cell at an all-male prison.

Jenny Swift, a prisoner at privately run HMP Doncaster, was discovered unresponsive at 12.40am on December 30.
