New UN chief Antonio Guterres has big goals but says he is 'no miracle maker'

The new UN secretary-general has said he is "no miracle maker" but he has big ambitions to shake up the global body and get all 193 member nations to come together to solve the "terrible problems" facing the world.
Speaking on his first day at UN headquarters after taking the organisation's reins from Ban Ki-moon, Antonio Guterres said conflicts are multiplying and interlinked, and have triggered "this new phenomenon of global terrorism".
