Ten people shot in New Orleans
Ten people have been shot in New Orleans.
One person has died from their injuries.
It happened during a four-day parade for Thanksgiving Weekend this morning
Two women and eight men aged between 20 and 37 were shot.
Two men were arrested at the scene for carrying a weapon and police do not yet know the motive for the shooting.
Superintendent Harrison has been speaking from the scene: "We were notified that shots were fired and officers that were right there and heard thos shots responded to those shots, ran right towards it.
"What we know right now is that 1- victims were shot, ranging from ages of 20 - 37.
"Two females, eight males, one of whom has expired."
