Update at 12.45am: Gunmen who stormed a police training centre in Quetta in Pakistan killed 33 trainees, a health official has said.

Update at 12.45am: Gunmen who stormed a police training centre in Pakistan killed 33 trainees, a health official has said.

The attack on Monday on a hostel at the centre in Quetta, capital of the troubled south-western province of Baluchistan, also saw two of the gunmen killed in a counter-terrorism operation.
