Donald Tusk: "It is clear that Russia strategy is to weaken the EU"

British Prime Minister Theresa May has outlined her Brexit intentions to European leaders, writes Elaine Loughlin, Political Editor Irish Examiner.

At a meeting of EU leaders Ms May reiterated that Britain would trigger Article 50 before the end of March.
