Four people have died in Western France after a balcony collapse

Four people have died, after a balcony collapse in western France.

It happened around midnight in the city of Angers.

The victims were at a student housewarming party, when the third-floor balcony collapsed.

Fourteen people were treated for injuries - one of them is said to be in a serious condition.
