Donald Trump criticises Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan over lack of support

Donald Trump has fired fresh criticism at Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan after he effectively abandoned hopes of Mr Trump winning the presidential election.

The Republican nominee said - inaccurately - that every poll declared him the winner of the weekend's second presidential debate against Democrat Hillary Clinton.
