Motorist dies after police shooting during Hurricane Matthew evacuation

A motorist shot during an altercation with police on a Hurricane Matthew evacuation route in South Carolina has died.

Berkeley County chief deputy coroner George Oliver said 35-year-old Lucas M Felkel died shortly after 7pm on Wednesday local time.
