Mahmoud Abbas in West Bank hospital for heart test

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is to undergo a heart test in hospital.

The 81-year-old was taken to hospital in the West Bank city of Ramallah after feeling "tired", a Palestinian official said.

Mr Abbas will now undergo a cardiac catheterisation, a procedure in which a thin tube is inserted into a blood vessel to examine the strength of his heart.
