A terminally-ill teenager was forced to spend several hours lying on the floor while waiting to change planes at Heathrow Airport, his mother has claimed.

Fifteen-year-old Polish boy Nahuel Matias Santucho, who has a tube in his windpipe to help him breathe, was travelling with British Airways from Warsaw to Buenos Aires via the west London hub.
