European Commission Chief Jean-Claude Junker wants still more unity

The EU still needs more united action to move forward in the face of widespread opposition to more centralised powers, the president of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, said.

In his State of the European Union address to the European parliament, Mr Juncker said the EU "still does not have enough Union".
