'Forgotten' boy, three, left in day care centre van for nine hours

A three-year-old boy was left alone in a van for more than nine hours after day care centre staff in Kentucky forgot about him.

The boy was at the Precious Jewels School of Excellence in Lexington while his mother was at work.
