A 27-year-old man has been jailed for eight years for the sexual assault of a 101-year-old woman who he attacked as he burgled her home.

A 27-year-old man has been jailed for eight years for the sexual assault of a 101-year-old woman who he attacked as he burgled her home.

Samuel Cooper was found guilty at Southampton Crown Court of the sex attack but pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary in connection with the offence which happened on February 26.
