Man charged with attempting to commit 'terrorist murder' in Belgium

Update 4.45pm: A man has been charged with attempting to commit "terrorist murder" after police uncovered an alleged plot for an attack in Belgium.

The 33-year-old is also facing a charge of being part of a terrorist organisation and has been placed in custody.
