Erdogan accuses EU of breaking refugee pact with Turkey

Turkey's president has accused the European Union of failing to honour its side of a deal to stop refugees entering Europe - and defended a possible reintroduction of the death penalty.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan says the EU has transferred only up to two million of the €3bn promised to Ankara as part of the agreement.
