Child who died at water park 'was pulled from pool by boy looking for his goggles'

An 11-year-old boy pulled a child who later died from a water park pool in England after discovering him while "searching for his goggles", it has been claimed.

Two people have been arrested over the death of the five-year-old on Saturday, police said.
