German woman jailed after eight babies found dead

A 45-year-old German woman has been found guilty of manslaughter in the death of four of her newborn babies whose bodies were found at her home.

A total of eight babies were found dead last year at the woman's flat in the Bavarian town of Wallenfels, but prosecutors concentrated their case on proving her involvement in the death of four.
