More questions on Clinton emails row would be futile, says lawyer

Hillary Clinton's lawyer has said it would be "futile" for a federal judge to order the former secretary of state to answer questions under oath about her use of a private email server.

David Kendall said in a court filing that a request from a conservative legal group to depose the presumptive Democratic nominee is an improper "fishing expedition".
