Cliff Richard calls for review of police procedures

Cliff Richard has called for a complete review of police procedures, after being told he will face no further action over allegations of historical sexual abuse.

The 75-year-old was identified without ever being arrested or charged - after his Berkshire home was raided by South Yorkshire Police last summer.
