Baby pulled from rubble as air strikes continue to devastate Syrian city of Idlib

Anti-government activists say air strikes have killed at least 12 people at a market yesterday and other targets in the north-western Syrian city of Idlib.

The number of casualties are expected to rise.

The Local Coordination Committees, another anti-government monitoring group, says the strikes killed 13 and wounded 29, with most casualties occurring in a vegetable market.

Idlib is controlled by a coalition of Syrian rebel groups that includes al Qaida's local branch, the Nusra Front.

Both show the aftermath of air strikes in the city, the first shows a tiny baby being pulled from rubble by frantic rescue workers and civilians, the second shows panicked people attempting to recover injured people and get them into emergency service vehicles.
