US-led coalition air strikes and Turkish artillery fire against the Islamic State group in Syria have killed 104 militants, Turkey's state-run news agency has said.

The Anadolu Agency said on Saturday that the strikes happened late on Friday, hours after rockets fired from Syria hit a southern Turkish town and injured five people.
