Baghdad neighbourhood car bomb kills at least 13
At least 13 people have been killed in Iraq by a car bomb at an outdoor market in a Shiite-dominated Baghdad neighbourhood.
Police said initial reports show the attack in the north-eastern Shaab neighbourhood was carried out with an explosives-laden car that was parked near the market.
The explosion also injured up to 40 people.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack, which bore the hallmarks of the extremist Islamic State group that has been behind recent deadly attacks in the Iraqi capital and beyond.
