Appeal Court judges: Gagging order should be lifted on celebrity in UK

Appeal Court judges in Britain, say a gagging order, banning newspapers from naming a celebrity accused of extramarital activities, should be lifted.

The man now has until Wednesday to take his case to the the UK's Supreme Court.
