Police hunt for 'cruel and cowardly thugs' who robbed disabled man in subway

Two "cruel and cowardly" thugs in England kicked and punched a disabled man before stealing his phone.

The assault happened in a subway in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands after the 20-year-old partially sighted victim was initially befriended by his attackers in a nearby takeaway.
