Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has been attacked by his party rivals for refusing to condemn an implicit endorsement from a white supremacist leader.

Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio used the issue to savage the billionaire businessman just two days before the Super Tuesday multiple state primaries could put him on an irreversible path to the party's nomination.
