Cabinet minister claims staying in the EU makes Britain vulnerable to attack

One of the cabinet ministers campaigning for Britain to leave the EU claims membership makes them more vulnerable to a Paris-style terror attack.

Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith has said the UK's "open border" stops them controlling who comes into the country.
