Man arrested after seven killed in Michigan gun rampage

Seven people, including a 14-year-old girl, have died after a gunman opened fire at random in a western Michigan city, US police said.

A 45-year-old man was arrested in Kalamazoo after shots were fired in the car parks of an apartment complex, a car dealership and a restaurant.
