Probe after Israeli officer tips over Palestinian in a wheelchair

Israeli officials have launched an investigation into a border police officer who was filmed tipping over a Palestinian in a wheelchair in the West Bank.

Justice Ministry spokeswoman Eden Klein said on Monday an investigation is under way.
