US President hopefuls begin New Hampshire campaigns after Iowa shocks

The US presidential candidates have started campaigning in New Hampshire after voters in Iowa served up some major surprises.

Hillary Clinton was trying to turn her narrow victory in Iowa into a bit of momentum for her battered Democratic campaign, after a stronger than expected showing by her rival Bernie Sanders.
