Hit-and-run driver 'dragged man's body for six miles'

A driver in New Orleans apparently hit a pedestrian in the city’s French Quarter and then drove on, dragging the body for more than six miles.

Police said the driver drove across a Mississippi River bridge before the body was dislodged.
