VIDEO: Barack Obama urges Americans to join him in the fight to change gun laws

Barack Obama has urged all Americans to join him in the fight to change the country's gun laws.
The US President has repeatedly called for tougher legislation, but his attempts have been blocked by Congress.
He says he'll meet with the Attorney General Loretta Lynch next week to discuss if he can use executive powers to push through new gun laws.
He has said they will discuss ways of reducing gun violence through measures that do not require congressional approval.
Obama has used his weekly address to encourage people to support him.
“I get too many letters from parents and teachers and kids, to sit around and do nothing.
“I get letters from responsible gun owners who grieve with us every time these tragedies happen.”
