Enrique Iglesias gig promoters should be whipped says Sri Lankan president

The President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena has said that gig promoters for Enrique Iglesias should be ''whipped with toxic stingray tails".

It is as punishment for the "uncivilised behaviour" of women at a concert just before Christmas.
