Elderly woman escapes after 'gas blast' destroys bungalow

An elderly woman has been freed from her home in England following a suspected gas explosion.

The woman was rescued by emergency crews after the blast in Penn Road in Wolverhampton, shortly after 8am, West Midlands Police said.
