Stolen wheelchair recovered after thieves target home of 4-year-old Lydia

A stolen wheelchair belonging to a four-year-old girl has been recovered after a tip-off from a member of the public.

Sarah Cooper had appealed for the return of the specially adapted wheelchair for her daughter, Lydia, who has cerebral palsy and the brain condition hydrocephalus.
