Man held after attack on dog in England is caught on video

A man has been arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty in England after shocking footage emerged of a man repeatedly punching a dog in the street.

Lancashire Police said a 37-year-old man from Nelson was held after the clip was shared thousands of times on Facebook and Twitter in a bid for information.
