Prosecutor: Teacher who claimed man invoking Islamic State attacked him 'made it up'

A teacher who claimed to have been attacked by a masked assailant invoking the so-called 'Islamic State' group made up the story, the Paris prosecutor's office has said.

The attack reported toay by the teacher set off a manhunt in the northern Paris suburb of Aubervilliers.
