A US military investigation has concluded that air strikes against an Islamic State checkpoint in Iraq in March probably killed four civilians, possibly including a child.

A US military investigation has concluded that air strikes against an Islamic State checkpoint in Iraq in March probably killed four civilians, possibly including a child.

US Central Command said the checkpoint was validated as a lawful target before the strikes and a review determined the attacks did not violate international law.
