China vow to 'bring to justice' the so-called Islamic State for executing Chinese citizen

The so-called Islamic State claims it has executed one Chinese and one Norwegian hostage.

The militant group released images of the hostages in an issue of its English-language magazine Dabiq.

The men were Ole Johan Grimsgaard-Ofstad from Oslo and Fan Jinghui from Beijing.

China has promised to "bring to justice" those responsible.

Fan Jinghui, who was kidnapped in September, is the first person from his country to be killed by the terror group.
