Paris terror attacker identified as family members detained; three arrested in Belgium
French officials have identified one of the Paris terror attackers as they detained members of his family for questioning, while three others with links to Islamic State have been arrested in Belgium.
A judicial official said that 29-year-old Frenchman Ismael Mostefai had been flagged for links to Islamic radicalism.
