IS propaganda clip directly threatens Vladimir Putin

An apparent IS propaganda video has been posted by militants speaking in Russian issuing a direct threat to President Putin.

The message comes after US Intelligence and the British Government said a bomb may have brought down a plane in the Sinai desert last Saturday, killing all 224 people on board.
